Hi All,
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and are ready for New Year celebrations...
Carolyn was right: this is quince, not pear. I tried making paste and jelly but although the taste is amazing the texture isn't quite right (too liquid...). A good excuse to eat it all and try again!

Coucou Cilce !
Il va falloir que je me remette serieusement a l'ecriture de ce blog... Pas trop le temps ces derniers mois... On a fait des macarons au caramel au beurre sale : un delice !
Pour les betteraves tu peux les faire cuire entieres et avec la peau a la cocotte minute (une bonne 1/2 heure) ou au four (c'est plus long) et les couper en des dans une salade...
